Cash on Delivery (Payment on Delivery)

Upon receiving the products, you will pay the courier the amount specified in your online order. This method is called cash on delivery (or payment on delivery), and payment can be made at the customer's choice: in cash or by bank card, if the courier has a functional POS device. If the courier company is licensed to provide postal money order services (a postal service for cash collection), the courier will issue a receipt for the payment made, which is valid as a fiscal receipt regarding the warranty, right of return, and complaint of purchased products. In rare cases where we send parcels via couriers who do not offer postal money order services, your fiscal receipt will be issued by Netek Online Ltd.

By Bank Card

Upon completing your order in our online store, you will be redirected to the online payment service provider's page, where you can pay with your credit or debit card. The preparation and delivery of your order will begin after payment confirmation. Typically, we receive online payment confirmations within minutes of their execution.

By Bank Transfer

The necessary data for making the payment will be indicated to you before finalizing the order, as well as in the order confirmation email you will receive. The preparation and delivery of your order will begin after payment is received.
