Deliveries - Costs and Timelines
Products ordered from brabantia.com.ro are delivered by courier to the address you specified in your order or to FAN Courier offices, FANbox locations, or collection points, which you can select from a dropdown menu at the completion of your order.
We reserve the right, if we deem the provided delivery data to be incomplete or inaccurate, to contact you by phone or email for confirmation or correction.
Delivery Costs
Delivery for orders with a value exceeding 250.00 RON (VAT included) is free.
The delivery cost for orders with a value under 250.00 RON (VAT included) is 25.00 RON (VAT included).
In the event that, for any reason, an order for which a 25.00 RON delivery fee was applied is delivered to you in two packages – for example, if it includes "On order" products – you will not pay more than 25.00 RON for delivery: the first package will have a delivery fee of, for example, 10.00 RON, and the second package 15.00 RON (total 25.00 RON).
Delivery Timelines
Usually, orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are delivered on the third or fourth working day. Those placed after 4:00 PM can be expected on the fourth or fifth working day.
However, we draw your attention to the fact that timelines always depend on the courier company's schedule and workload at the given moment, and that, during Black Friday periods and Christmas and New Year holidays, there are usually delays in deliveries due to courier companies being overloaded.
IMPORTANT! If you order an "On order" product, the delivery time for your entire order is 20 working days.
We reserve the right, in certain cases, to send immediately available products and "On order" products in two separate packages after they become available. In these situations, we usually contact you by phone to inform you.
IMPORTANT! The delivery time for orders paid via bank transfer begins from the moment the payment is received in our account.
